Over 60s Men’s Health is designed so that you will have  longer, more active and fulfilling lives. However, if you have pre existing conditions, or have never really done much exercise, you must approach things carefully and consult your doctor first, particularly in regard to diet. Nothing I recommend will cause any strain, and many of the activities were as part of my rehab program after my heart attack.
